You have the right to request deletion of the personal data that Matthew Kimber holds about you. This page explains how to make that request and what we will do. If you submitted an enquiry through a Facebook or Instagram (Meta) advertisement or lead form, these instructions also cover the data we received from Meta.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, contact us using either method below:

To help us locate your records, please include the name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number you used when you contacted us or submitted a form. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on the request, to protect your data from unauthorised deletion.

What we delete

On a verified request, we will delete the personal data we hold about you from the systems we use, including:

  • Our database (Supabase) — your enquiry and lead records, and the associated message history.
  • Our CRM (GoHighLevel) — your contact record, opportunity and communication history.
  • Our email system (Resend) — your contact details and email engagement records, and we will remove you from any mailing lists.
  • Meta — where you reached us through a Meta advertisement or lead form, the personal data we received from Meta. You can also manage or remove data held by Meta directly within your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

How long it takes

We will acknowledge your request promptly and complete deletion within thirty (30) days, and sooner where reasonably practicable. We will confirm to you once your data has been deleted.

What we may retain

In limited circumstances we may retain certain information where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where we retain data for these reasons, we retain only what is necessary and keep it securely. Any remaining copies within routine system backups are overwritten in the ordinary course of our backup cycle.
